As an illustrator i specializes in enhancing written concepts by providing a visual representation that supports or explains the idea behind the text . It is my belief that  illustration may be intended to clarify complicated concepts or objects that are difficult to describe textually, which is the reason illustrations are often found in children's books, comics, graphic novels.
